By downloading, installing, or using the SnapMeal application ("App") or visiting snapmeal.app ("Website"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

SnapMeal offers a Free plan and two premium subscription tiers:
Premium subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All billing is governed by the respective store's billing terms. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your store payment method.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will not be affected mid-subscription period.
New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial for premium plans. The trial is available once per Apple ID or Google account. After the trial period ends, you will automatically be charged the subscription price unless you cancel before the trial ends.
We will not charge you during the trial period. You can cancel anytime during the trial with no charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.

All content, design, code, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property within SnapMeal are the exclusive property of SnapMeal or its licensors. You may not:
The 680+ recipe catalog includes licensed and original content. Individual recipes may be saved for personal use only.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to SnapMeal, including meal photos, diary entries, and personal data. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the SnapMeal service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your health data or use it for purposes beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
